Hi, I’m Jess.

For a long time, I was doing everything “right” and still felt completely off.

I was eating ‘clean’, training hard, completing a 14-step morning routine, and a 25-item long to-do list (‘cause that’s wellness, right?). I was keeping up, pushing through, holding it all together, while burning the candle at both ends. From the outside, it looked like I had it figured out, or at least I thought I was doing a pretty convincing job of pretending that I did.

When in reality, my nervous system was completely stuck in fight or flight. I lived in chronic stress without realizing it. I was wired and tired at the same time, and I proudly wore “being busy” like it was a badge of honor.

My energy was inconsistent. My hormones were completely dysregulated. Chronic illness kept knocking me down and out. My relationship with my body, mind, and soul was dysregulated, stressful, and exhausting. And no matter how much effort I put in, nothing actually felt sustainable.

I felt stuck in patterns that didn’t feel good, unsure of what I actually wanted, and disconnected from any real sense of direction. I was going through the motions, doing what I thought I should be doing, but not feeling aligned with any of it.

It wasn’t until I slowed down and committed to understanding my nervous system that things finally began to make sense.

I learned how to slow down without feeling like I was falling behind. How to support my body instead of constantly overriding it. How to create habits, routines, and a way of living that actually worked with me, not against me.

I got clear on what I actually wanted. What I valued, what my purpose was, and I could finally dream up my vision. I became more confident in my decision-making and more consistent in how I showed up.

That shift changed everything.

The Ritual Reset is built from that experience, not just what I’ve learned, but what I’ve lived.

I’m a certified holistic health & life coach, vinyasa yoga teacher, and yin yoga teacher trainer based in Banff. I bring both lived experience and a deep level of care into this work, with a focus on helping you create change that actually lasts.
