Yoga changed my life.
Not because of what my body learned to do, but because of who I became in the process.

The practice has a way of meeting you exactly where you are, and then quietly, persistently, asking more of you.
More presence. More patience. More honesty about what's actually going on beneath the surface. That's the part nobody warns you about. And it's the part I love most.

After over a decade of practicing and studying, I now lead Yin Yoga Teacher Trainings, yoga and wellness retreats, workshops, and weekly public classes. Each one is an invitation to go deeper, into your body, your breath, and yourself.

Come as you are. Leave different.

Corporate

Stress is expensive. Bringing a regulated, focused, and embodied team to work isn't.

I bring yoga directly to your workplace. Virtually or in person, tailored entirely to your team's needs, experience level, and goals. No yoga experience required.
Just a willingness to show up and feel better.

Companies that invest in their people's well-being see the return. Let's talk about what that looks like for your team.

One-on-One

The most personal way to practice.

Your body, your pace, your goals. Whether you're working through something specific, building a foundation, or simply craving a practice that's entirely your own, private sessions are designed around you and no one else.

Every class is different because every day you show up is different. We follow what your body needs, deepen your understanding of movement and breath, and build something that stays with you long after you leave the mat.
